“IO SECONDO ME” (Gay&Lesbian Jewels) is a project started by the life path of its creator, Elisa Cursaro, who, with Marco Rossini’s collaboration, gave metals, gems and precious stones all those sensations that she felt, in abstract forms, already many years in her mind; this is the first online jewels line dedicated to the gay & lesbian community, and to all those who would like to express themselves, recreate their image without constrictions and impositions. Jewels for “Him & Him” and “Her & Her” reflect and complete the identity of those who wear them, exceeding the static and tradition idea of jewellery: bracelets, rings, necklaces with eccentric and bubbly forms that can always be lived in different moments and ways. Polyvalence, versatility and dynamism are the centre of this collection: two-faced rings that can also be worn as necklaces, using the best way to show how one feels in that precise moment. Plaques to wear around the neck or on the wrist, that can also be used as keychain and many other very original ways.
The way the material and the colours were chosen is not random: Silver, polished lunar metal, represents the Alternative; the peculiar pink nuance of the logo and laces is to represent Universal Love and finally, the black diamond, is to show alternative Love, the last and cardinal touch of the whole line, with its dark glowing collects the essence of every single piece.
Every jewel of this prestigious collection has been handmade, using the best “Made in Italy” techniques and were designed to rewrite the world and live one’s life “IO SECONDO ME”…
